Joe Oliveri

Joseph Oliveri serves as President and CEO of Pavion, where the focus is on technology integration and innovation in critical communications, collaboration, audiovisual, and security solutions across various sectors. Previously, Joseph held multiple leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Vice President and General Manager for both Global Ducted Systems and Global Fire Detection Products, overseeing full P&L responsibilities. With extensive experience at Johnson Controls and Tyco International, Joseph managed large teams and complex operations within the security and HVAC industries, demonstrating expertise in sales, marketing, strategy, and operational management. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University.
