Tad Dowdy

Tad Dowdy is an experienced security and operations professional with a strong background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Pavion since July 2019, Tad supervises a team of 35 professionals, optimizing performance and managing procurement processes. Prior to this role, Tad had an extensive career at UPS, culminating in the position of Director of Security at UPS Worldport, where oversight included security operations and regulatory compliance for a large team. Additional roles at UPS included providing security leadership for UPS Airlines, managing security technology integration, and overseeing district security operations. Tad holds a Master's degree in Safety, Security & Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis.
