Robert Kabakoff

Robert Kabakoff is an accomplished culinary and hospitality consultant with extensive experience in the industry. Since founding RHK Consulting Group LLC in January 2003, Robert has managed six successful partnerships across multiple states, showcasing strong business acumen and operational skills. As founder and director of the PR Foundation, Robert actively supports military veterans, animal shelters, and individuals with special needs. As a board member of PAWS Chicago, Robert advocates for animal welfare, while also contributing to the Culinary Institute of America as an alumni board member. Previous roles include partner and director of culinary operations at White Chocolate Grill and director of culinary operations at 4 Star Restaurant Group. Robert started a notable venture as chef and owner of Zydeco Kitchen and Cocktails and served as corporate executive chef and director of culinary training at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Robert holds an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
