Bailey Serica is an experienced education professional with a strong background in animal welfare and environmental education. Currently serving as the Education Manager at PAWS since January 2020, Bailey leads the Education Department, focusing on curriculum evaluation and program efficiency. Previous roles include Education Coordinator and Educator at PAWS, as well as a Seasonal Educator at Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center, an Assistant Teacher at Pinnacle Explorations Outdoor School, and a Career Services Assistant at the University of Washington. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from the University of Washington.
