Lisa Drechsler is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and animal care. Currently serving as a Kennel Assistant at PAWS - Progressive Animal Welfare Society since June 2021, Lisa combines a passion for animal welfare with a strong background in human resources, having worked at the University of Washington from September 2000 to September 2016 and as a Human Resources Generalist at The Boeing Company from January 1995 to May 2000. Additionally, Lisa is the Business Owner of Curious Heart Dreaming since May 2017, where the focus is on helping individuals integrate the insights from their dreams into practical applications for daily life. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a specialization in Leadership Development from LIOS and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona.

PAWS is a champion for animals - rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, sheltering and adopting homeless cats and dogs, and educating people to make a better world for animals. A regional organization, PAWS focuses our work in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.
