Autumn Sperry

Autumn Sperry is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Pax8 since December 2018. In this role, Autumn leads global internal communications, collaborates with senior leaders, and drives strategic messaging to align and inspire employees. Prior to this position, Autumn held various roles at Pax8, gradually advancing from Communications Coordinator to Internal Communications Strategist, and ultimately to Senior Manager. Autumn’s previous experience includes administrative support roles in organizations such as Bear Mortgage Inc., IQNavigator, and Big Iron Sports, showcasing a strong foundation in organizational communication and administrative efficiency. Autumn holds education from Arapahoe Community College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
