Caitlin Lyth

Caitlin Lyth is an experienced marketing operations professional, currently serving as Manager of Marketing Operations at Pax8 since July 2022. Known as a subject matter expert on EMEA marketing projects, Caitlin manages a team of specialists and oversees numerous simultaneous projects, demonstrating strong skills in communication and stakeholder management. Previously, Caitlin held various roles including Marketing Program Manager and Website Manager at Pax8, where achievements included optimizing production flows and launching localised websites. Prior experience includes a Web Producer role at Workday and several positions at IG, focusing on digital user experience and web production management. Caitlin holds a Graduate Certificate in History from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Lincoln.
