Melanie Conrardy

Melanie Conrardy is an accomplished operations and client success professional with extensive experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Service Operations at Pax8 since April 2021, Melanie previously held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Partner Service Operations and Solutions Operations Manager. Prior to Pax8, roles at Array (formerly Educational Measures) included Vice President of Operations and Client Success, where the company focused on enhancing audience engagement through innovative technology for life sciences events. Melanie's earlier career includes various positions at Target from June 2006 to December 2008, culminating as Executive Team Leader. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Marquette University.
