John Michael Mandey

John Michael Mandey is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Head of Product at Paxel Indonesia since June 2025. Prior to this role, John held positions such as SEA Product Manager at ByteDance and Lead Product Manager at Tokopedia, where significant achievements included building a smart engine for courier allocation and growing the product market share substantially.
