Jaylen Gadhia

Jaylen Gadhia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a District Liaison at S-Trip! for over a year. They then served as a Junior Server at The Old Spaghetti Factory in 2012. Later, in 2013, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Renewal Funds.

Starting from 2014, Jaylen held various positions at different companies. They worked as a Marketing Intern at L'Oréal, where they were responsible for Canadian promotions and achieved significant savings on promotional spending for the Matrix brand. Additionally, they won first place in L'Oréal's Brandstorm National Finals.

Jaylen also worked as a Teaching Assistant at McGill University and as a Management Consultant in EY's Financial Services Advisory practice. At EY, they achieved a top performance rating and took on additional leadership roles, including involvement in recruiting initiatives, sales opportunities, and banking quarterly analysis.

In 2017, Jaylen joined Nomis Solutions, initially working as a Solutions Consultant, where they advised Top 5 Canadian Banks on their pricing capabilities and created roadmaps to address gaps. They later became a Senior Business Consultant, leading the implementation of a front-line banking software solution for a Top-5 Canadian Bank. They facilitated collaboration between the client and Nomis Engineering, QA, and Testing teams while leveraging an Agile development methodology. Finally, they became the Director of Solution Consulting, a role they held until transitioning to their current position.

Currently, Jaylen is employed at Paxos as a Senior Program Manager in the Securities division, starting in February 2021. The duration of their role at Paxos is ongoing, as no end date has been provided.

Jaylen Gadhia pursued higher education from 2011 to 2015 at McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Strategic Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education from 2006 to 2011 at Burnaby Mountain Secondary, earning a High School Diploma with an emphasis on the Advanced Placement Program.
