Alicia Morse

Alicia Morse is an accomplished professional in account management and client relations, currently serving as the 401(k) Strategic Accounts Sr. Account Manager at Paychex since February 2017. Alicia has held various roles within Paychex, including positions in the President’s Office and in client product relations. Prior to this, Alicia worked at Verizon as a Customer Service/Retention Specialist and at Supercuts as a Shift Manager/Stylist. Alicia began a career in management at Claire's Inc. as an Assistant Manager. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Nazareth University, with ongoing studies, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Finger Lakes Community College.
