Carlos Cong

Carlos Cong serves as the Director of Enterprise Cyber Security (Deputy CISO) at Paychex, leading a team of approximately 100 security professionals responsible for comprehensive cyber security operations. Previously, Carlos held the position of Director of Enterprise Technology Services, overseeing over 115 engineers in workplace technology and services. Carlos also contributes to the community as a Board Trustee and Chair of the program committee for Ibero American Action League, and as President and Board Chair of the Exploration Charter for Science and Technology. Career experience includes senior roles at Frontier Communications and Windstream Communications, focusing on IT infrastructure and advanced network engineering. Carlos is pursuing executive leadership certification at Mckinsey Academy and has completed programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley.
