Douglas Baxter

Douglas Baxter has extensive experience in financial operations, currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at Paychex since May 1998. Prior roles at Paychex included Sr. Manager of Financial Risk and Sr. Manager of Credit & Banking. Baxter's previous experience spans over two decades in various financial roles, including Financial Controller at Carnival Hotels and Resorts from April 1990 to September 2010 and Service Contract Coordinator at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 1984 to April 1990. Baxter holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rochester Institute of Technology (2012 - 2016) and has a foundation from St. John Fisher University (1980 - 1984) and Fairport High School (1976 - 1980).
