Elizabeth (Lee) Mertz, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing, campaign management, and sales enablement. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement, Product Marketing & Campaign Management at Paychex since December 2018, Elizabeth has played a pivotal role in executing sales strategies and enhancing brand awareness following Paychex's acquisition of Oasis Outsourcing. Previously, Elizabeth held various leadership positions at Catalyst, focusing on client services and strategic growth in marketing. Additional experience includes judging international marketing awards and presenting at industry conferences. Elizabeth holds an MBA from St. John Fisher University and a BA in Political Science and French from Fordham University.
