Jennifer Desilva

Jennifer DeSilva, ARM, AIS, is an accomplished underwriting professional with extensive experience in the workers' compensation sector. Currently serving as Manager of PEO Workers Compensation Underwriting at Paychex since January 2020, Jennifer has previously held senior underwriting roles at Oasis Outsourcing, including PEO Sr. Workers Compensation Underwriter and PEO Workers Compensation Underwriter. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Business Development Director at Bend Your Trend, where analysis of insurance loss trends and cost-saving solutions were developed for clients. Jennifer's career in underwriting began with Employers Insurance Group, where relationships with agencies were built and a profitable book of business exceeding $20 million was managed. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Miami University.
