Karena M. Roman

Karena M. Roman has extensive experience in learning and development, particularly within Paychex, where employment began in November 2003. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Learning Operations for Sales and Service Delivery, Roman has held several key positions, including Learning and Development Manager for both Global Services | Emerging Markets and Small Business Channel | Service Operations, along with roles as a Senior Learning Instructor and Field Trainer. Prior to Paychex, Roman worked at Buca Di Beppo from September 2000 to September 2004 as a New Restaurant Opener, responsible for training staff and ensuring operational readiness. Education includes studies at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2003 to 2005.
