Michael Cimineri

Michael Cimineri, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Unit Financial Planning & Analysis at Paychex since November 2012, Michael leads a business unit with over $1 billion in P&L revenue, overseeing strategy, planning, and forecasting. Michael has previously managed teams in both sales and corporate financial planning roles, contributing to critical business unit performance metrics and corporate strategy at Paychex. Earlier career experience includes positions at Level 3 Communications, ACS (a Xerox Company), BroadSoft, and Lockheed Martin Corporation, where financial analysis skills were honed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in Management from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
