Michelle Ober

Michelle Ober is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Marketing Content Program Manager at Paychex since January 2024. With extensive experience in content management, Michelle held the position of Director of Content at Full Circle SEM from June 2014 to January 2024 and also worked as a Project Manager at Arca Interactive Media Design during the same timeframe. Michelle has a rich background in fitness instruction as a PiYo Instructor for Women's Fitness Ministry - Venture Compassionate Ministries from August 2014 to January 2022, and freelance writing experience from June 2014 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Michelle spent over 14 years at Rochester Orthopedic Labs, Inc., where responsibilities included Patient Accounts Manager and Director of Marketing. An early career internship was completed at River Communications. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from SUNY Brockport, where studies took place from 1999 to 2003, following a high school education at Aquinas Institute of Rochester.
