Justin Volrath is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of PayCompass since January 2020. Prior to this role, Justin held positions including Chief Sales Officer at SoftPoint and Senior Vice President of Sales at Beyond Inc., where a commitment to transparency and customer-centricity was emphasized. Justin's extensive background includes significant tenures at Heartland Payment Systems as Division Manager and Territory Manager, where leadership development and business efficiency were key focuses. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Realtor at Prudential First Realty and Sales Manager at Volrath Sales Group, specializing in wastewater treatment systems. Justin studied at Grandview College from 1994 to 1995.
