Rob Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PayCompass since June 2020, Rob has also held roles as Director of Operations and Director of Business Development within the same company. Prior to this, Rob was a Sales and Founding Member at Get Beyond from March 2019 to June 2020, and served as Director of Operations at Kind Hospitality, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2019. Rob's earlier career includes a long tenure at AM/PM Service Point of Sale Solutions as Director of Operations for the Arizona branch and a position as Service Manager at Aventa Data Systems. Rob holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa, earned from 1994 to 2002.
