Previously, Shan held the position of Division Director at Get Beyond, where efforts were directed at building a sales team for payment processing and payroll services in the Midwest. Shan also held various leadership and teaching roles, including Assistant Sales Director at Circulation Promotions Unlimited, Inc. and Teacher at Kaplan Test Prep. Early career experiences include roles in shelter advocacy and AmeriCorps service, contributing to community welfare and education. Shan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Law & Society from Drake University.
