Len Hollowell

Len Hollowell started their work experience in 2002 as a Sonar Technician in the US Navy, where they supervised a team of four technicians and operated sonar systems. Len then worked as a Carpenter for Queen City Construction from 2005 to 2011. In 2013, Len joined Xavier University as a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern before moving on to Paycor, where they held various software engineering roles starting from 2013. These roles include Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and currently, Len is working as a Principal Software Engineer at Paycor.

Len Hollowell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Information Systems from Xavier University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree as a Sonar Technician specializing in Sonar Operation and Repair, as well as Oceanography, from the Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center, attending from 2002 to 2003.
