Matt Gieske

Matt Gieske is a seasoned professional in customer success and partner growth, currently serving as the Principal Partner Growth Manager at Paycor since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was the Director of National Retention at PrimePay for a brief period from November 2024 to March 2025. Matt's extensive career at Paycor spanned over 14 years, during which various positions were held, including Director of Customer Success Management and Senior Manager of Customer Success and Retention, among others. Before joining Paycor, Matt worked as a 401k Representative at Fidelity Investments from October 2006 to September 2008. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, obtained in 2009.
