Megan Bird

Megan Bird is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing operations, credit control, and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Billing Operations & Enablement at Paycor since November 2020, Megan has previously held the roles of Senior Manager and Manager within the same company. Prior to Paycor, Megan spent eight years at Booking.com, progressing from Credit Controller to Finance Operations Manager, where responsibilities included streamlining processes and enhancing team performance in the Credit Control department. Earlier experience includes a role as Multi Stage Collector I at Fifth Third Bank. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Colorado State University Global, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Broward College.
