Barbaros obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University between 2015 and 2017, and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university from 2005 to 2010, having completed secondary education at Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (İzmir Koleji) from 2002 to 2005.
