Cynthia Tashie-Lewis

Cynthia Tashie-Lewis is a seasoned legal compliance professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Compliance at PayDo since January 2022, Cynthia has effectively conducted risk assessments and established corrective action plans. Previously, as a Senior Compliance Manager, responsibility included overseeing corporate governance and management reporting. At BnkPro, from November 2019 to December 2021, Cynthia managed compliance teams while ensuring adherence to FCA policies and conducting detailed assessments of regulated market transactions. At Kaspersky, Cynthia functioned as a Global Risk and Compliance Specialist, managing operational compliance issues related to KYC, AML, and Transaction Monitoring. Cynthia holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Laws from BPP Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clayton State University.
