David Robson

David Robson is currently an advisor at Payference, and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Farmer Brothers. David was recruited by the CEO to help transform Farmer Brothers into a forward-thinking industry leader. During their time with the company, they led M&A due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, negotiation, and 18-month integration. David also divested a non-strategic division and reinvested the proceeds into core initiatives.

Under David's leadership, the company filed a $100m shelf registration with the SEC to support future M&A transactions. David also installed BI and data warehouse solutions, which resulted in real-time dashboards and improved reporting. In addition, they rolled out receivable management software solutions which reduced days sales outstanding.

David has a proven track record of success in improving financial reporting, increasing investor confidence, and aligning stakeholders. David has also significantly accelerated monthly close processes and optimized distribution networks - reducing costs significantly and improving efficiencies.

David Robson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California and is certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
