Audrey Piveteau

Audrey Piveteau is an experienced operations executive currently working at Emerald Stay®, a certified B Corp, since July 2023. Audrey also holds a customer service representative position at PayFit France since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles in customer experience at VeryChic from March 2019 to December 2022, and various receptionist positions at prestigious hotels such as Princess Hotels & Resorts, Pullman Hotels & Resorts, MGallery by Sofitel, Mercure Hotels, Crowne Plaza®, Radisson Blu, and Best Western® between 2012 and 2022. Audrey Piveteau holds a degree in Spanish language and literature from Université Lumière Lyon 2, a specialized degree in hospitality reception from Lycée CFA François Rabelais, and a high school diploma in French language and literature from Lycée Berthollet.
