Bobby Spasov

Bobby Spasov is a seasoned professional specializing in risk, compliance, and anti-money laundering within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Risk and Compliance and MLRO at Payhawk since March 2023, Bobby also holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder at FinScope, a RegTech provider, since September 2020. Previous roles include Founder of Fintech20 Consulting, Chief Compliance Officer at CoinClan OÜ, and several key positions at BVNK and NordPay Financial, where responsibilities spanned risk management and compliance oversight. Bobby began a career in compliance at Paramount Commerce, following an extensive tenure at William Hill, which included various compliance-related roles. An alumnus of the University of Sussex with a law degree, Bobby combines legal expertise with substantial experience in the financial services industry.
