Shari Simpson

Shari Simpson, SHRM-SCP, MBA, MHRM, currently serves as Senior Manager of Thought Leadership at Paylocity, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing a strategic thought leadership program that enhances brand value and drives revenue growth. As Co-Chair of the SHEroes Employee Resource Group, Shari promotes diversity and inclusion within the workplace through mentorship and collaborative events. Previous roles at Paylocity include Human Resources Program Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on delivering effective HR programs and fostering an inclusive culture. Earlier experience at GK Development, Inc. and Peapod involved managing HR functions and developing training initiatives. Shari is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Purdue Global.
