CB Ablan is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Partnerships Lead at PayMongo since September 2019, being the first growth hire and instrumental in establishing strategic partnerships with VISA, Mastercard, and JCB in the Philippines. With a focus on building relationships with local acquiring banks and e-wallets, CB has played a key role in launching PayMongo's financial stack and leveraging cross-functional expertise across product, operations, business development, and growth. Previous experience includes positions as a Growth Consultant and Business Development Manager at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) and associated roles in business development and operations at Digital Ventures - Globe Telecom (Yondu Inc.). CB graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ateneo de Manila University in 2015.
