Konstantin S. began their work experience in 2007 as an Engineer at 5 Karmarov. Konstantin then worked as a Software Developer at Optima Soft from 2008 to 2012, where they developed cellular network configuration tools and reporting tools for a top Russian cell phone operator. In 2012, Konstantin joined Sberbank-Technology as a Lead Software Development Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Principal Software Development Engineer. During their time at Sberbank-Technology, they designed and developed a hub for HR data information, resulting in improved efficiency for accessing employee information. Konstantin also worked as a Senior Expert at Sberbank-Technology, where they led projects related to project architecture, engineering team hiring, people management, and development and delivery processes. Konstantin'smost recent role was at Gazprom-media as a Software Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for project architecture and building an engineering team across multiple cities. Currently, Konstantin is serving as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at PAYNET.
