Samad Shamuradov is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at PAYNET since September 2022. Previously, Samad held several roles at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies NMMC, including Head of ICT Monitoring and Administration Department and Head of the Information Infrastructure Monitoring and Administration Group, where responsibilities included server infrastructure migration, system administration of various platforms, and managing server hardware and virtualization systems. Samad's career began as a Software Engineer at the Northern Mining Administration of NMMC and later at the Production Association Navoi Machine Building Plant NMMC, focusing on software development using Borland Delphi and various database management systems. Samad holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Ege University.
