Aoife McInerney

Aoife McInerney is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior roles, currently serving as SVP, Global People Partnering for Paysafe since February 2019. McInerney leads a team of People Partners, providing strategic support to the Executive team and organizational leaders on topics including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. Previous positions include SVP HR Europe at Paysafe, where responsibility encompassed all HR activities across multiple European locations, and a series of roles at Criteo, Turner Broadcasting, and McCann Erickson, where McInerney focused on strategic HR initiatives in diverse sectors. Academic qualifications include an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in Medieval History and English from the University of Birmingham.
