Petia Geneva

Petia Geneva is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources information systems (HRIS) and generalist roles. Currently serving as HRIS Lead at Paysafe since March 2021, Petia has progressed through various positions including Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst, specializing in SuccessFactors. Prior experience includes HRIS Analyst and HR Generalist at PROS, Senior HR Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at Cargill, along with roles as a Contract Advisor at Sitel and an Intern at the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria. Petia began a career in data analysis with Adecco Bulgaria. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Economics of Human Resources from the University of National and World Economy, and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the same institution.
