Andjela Jovanovic

Andjela Jovanovic is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager at Paysend since February 2023. With a strong background in recruitment, Andjela previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at sa.global and Cyber Recruitment Consultant at BeecherMadden - Nicoll Curtin Group, where responsibilities included delivering on technical recruitment for major global clients. Prior to these roles, Andjela worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BVP, overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes and managing mass recruitment. Andjela's experience also includes roles in training and development at G4S and an internship as Assistant Project Manager at CEDEF. Andjela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Security Studies, both at the University of Belgrade.
