Charles Shefler has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sales, customer service, and consultancy. Charles currently works at Paystone in the Sales and Loyalty department. Prior to that, they held several roles at Canadian Payment Services, including Director of Customer Loyalty & Sales, Director of Customer Experience & Care, and Director of Customer Service and Onboarding. In 2016, they founded their own consultancy firm, Shefler & Associates, where they served as the President, providing payment solutions and developing FINTECH products for clients. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Vendor Manager at Payzium and as a Client Services Coordinator at SYKES. Charles also had their own consultancy firm, ClientVue Consulting, where they served as the President.
Charles Shefler completed a Diploma Program in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling at McMaster University from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Social Sciences from Dawson College, which they attended from 1978 to 1980.
