Raed Othman

Raed Othman is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in auditing, compliance, and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Audit Committee at Viaion Bank since May 2023, Raed oversees financial reporting and internal controls. As Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee at PayTabs since May 2017, Raed plays a vital role in corporate governance. Previous roles include Chief Internal Auditor at the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company, Shared Service Group Manager at First Mission, and Banking Audit Manager at Banque Saudi Fransi. Raed holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the American University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University.
