Mirsad's extensive experience in CRM projects and support operations includes a tenure as Head of CRM Department and Head of Support Department at Sparkasse Bank dd BiH from May 2009 to January 2021. Mirsad's background also encompasses significant responsibilities in loan product development and quality of service analytics. Mirsad began a career in banking with volunteer positions and internships, including a role in the card business department at Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH. Mirsad earned an MBA in Strategic IT Management from the Economics Faculty of Sarajevo in 2010, and a Graduate degree in International Economics from the same institution in 2007.
