Angela Alford

Angela Alford has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Angela started their career in 2011 as a Medical Receptionist at Valley Medical & Cardiac Clinic, Ltd, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Angela joined R1 RCM as a Patient Access Representative and remained with the company until 2021. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Senior Patient Access Rep at AMITA Health for a period of three months. Currently, Angela is working at Paytient as a Customer Success Rep since September 2021.

Angela Alford obtained a certificate in Medical Office Management/Administration from Everest College-Aurora in the year 2010.
