Mariah Colby

Mariah Colby, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and event coordination, currently serving as a People Generalist at Paytronix since December 2014. In this role, Mariah fosters a positive employee experience, manages the biweekly payroll process, and coordinates various HR functions, including benefits enrollment and leave administration. Additional responsibilities include conducting audits, onboarding, and offboarding employees, along with supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging team. Previous positions include Event Coordinator and Office Manager, showcasing strong organizational skills and a focus on employee engagement. Mariah holds a Professional Music degree with a focus on Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music.
