Upasna Batra

Upasna Batra has a diverse work experience in various roles across different companies. Upasna is currently working as the Strategy Lead- CEO Office at PayU since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Treasurer at Ficci Flo Mumbai, the women wing of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), from December 2019 to April 2023. Upasna also served as a member of the Curriculum Advisory Committee at BSE Institute Ltd from April 2020 to March 2023. Upasna has worked as a Fintech Advisor at Accenture in India from December 2019 to May 2022. Upasna started their own venture called K-Lane, where they served as a Fintech Consultant, advising leading Fintechs on productization, market strategy, and developing strategic BFSI partnerships. Their work at K-Lane involved defining strategies for CreditMantri, CreditMate, Avail Finance, MMS. IND, WheelsEye, FinancePeer, among others. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Development at CreditMantri, where they focused on driving strategic partnerships with financial institutions. Upasna also has experience working as a Manager in Treasury at HDFC Bank and as a Quant Associate at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, where they worked on pricing and trading strategies for structured products.

Upasna Batra completed an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2010 to 2012. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Leading with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
