Prior roles include Maintenance Superintendent at Valero from September 2001 to August 2008 and various positions in refinery operations at Motiva Enterprises LLC from July 1996 to August 2001. Mark began a career at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, working as a Marine Machinery Mechanic from September 1981 to June 1994. Mark holds a Master's degree in Business Management and an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College.
