Janine White

Janine White has over 20 years of work experience in the environmental and safety industry. Janine currently works at PBS Engineering and Environmental as the Safety Program Manager, overseeing the company's safety program and implementing training materials. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior EHS Regulatory Specialist at the same company, performing audits of client EHS management programs and assisting clients with compliance.

Before joining PBS, Janine was the Local Director at Forensic Analytical Consulting Services Inc., where they provided various environmental health services to clients.

Janine also held roles at AECOM and URS Corporation as a Senior Environmental Scientist and Project Manager, specializing in EHS compliance and auditing. At AECOM, they were also the Oregon EHS Compliance Assurance Group Leader.

Janine previously worked as an Environmental Engineer at Emerald Performance Materials, where they focused on air quality regulations compliance.

Janine also has experience as a Project Manager at BioReaction Industries, LLC, where they created custom designs for air pollution control bio-filters.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), and Komatsu Silicon America, focusing on waste management, pollution abatement, and equipment coordination.

Janine began their career as a Production Operator at Hewlett-Packard, where they contributed to customer satisfaction, process control, and safety initiatives.

Janine White attended Miami Dade College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Biology. Janine then pursued their higher education at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996, specializing in Chemical Engineering and graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. After a break in their education, Janine continued their studies at Portland State University from 2000 to 2002, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
