Joy Yu has been working in the field of IT for the past 18 years, with a strong background in Windows/Linux Administration and expertise in VMware vSphere. Joy has held various roles such as Systems Analyst, Network/Systems Administrator, and currently serves as Senior Systems Administrator at Public Broadcasting Service since November 2010. Prior to that, Joy worked at American Institutes for Research, Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc., AECOM, and PC Warehouse, gaining valuable experience in different aspects of IT systems and network administration.
