Hannah L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Hannah recently worked at PCCI as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing various programs and projects. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager and a Senior Project Manager, showcasing their ability to effectively manage and coordinate tasks. Hannah also gained experience at The Crossroads Group, Inc. as a Project Manager & Analyst, demonstrating their analytical skills. Furthermore, they worked at UMC Health System as a Patient Experience Intern, and at Texas A&M Physicians Family Medicine Center as a Nursing Assistant.
Hannah L. holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from UNT Health Science Center. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including being an OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.

They build a platform connecting hospital and community services with the purpose of helping patients. They use data science, social determinants of health, and clinical expertise across clinical and community settings.
