Mario León Fernández

Mario León Fernández has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mario began their career as a Spanish assistant teacher at St. Kevin's Community College from October 2012 to June 2013. Afterwards, they worked as a Generalist HR Technician at KIKO MILANO from July 2014 to July 2015, where they coordinated personnel administration for over 40 stores and conducted internal training on Emotional Intelligence and Team Leadership. Mario then joined DENTAL GLOBAL MANAGEMENT as a Generalist HR Technician from August 2015 to May 2016, where they managed the personnel administration for the group's service sector companies and dental clinics in the Province of Madrid. In May 2016, they became the HR Manager at Carrefour, responsible for managing and directing three hypermarkets and negotiating with employee representatives. In December 2016, they joined Sopra HR Software as the HR Manager and HR Consultant, where they were responsible for the Personnel Administration department, implementing disciplinary measures, overseeing payroll and social security, and developing the company's Compensation and Benefits plan. Most recently, they joined PCI Pharma Services as an HR Generalist/HRBP from October 2021. In this role, their responsibilities include general HR tasks, profile selection for the pharmaceutical industry, and developing internal policies.

Mario León Fernández has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2006, they attended the Universidad de Salamanca, where they studied to become a Maestro with a focus on Physical Education.
