As vice president of PCL Sports, Gary brings more than three decades of construction experience and has provided his preconstruction/construction expertise on more than 20 major sports facility construction projects in the US and abroad. Some of these projects include the facilities that were used for the Salt Lake winter Olympics, 2002 World Cup Sangam Stadium, 2022 World Cup Ras Abu Aboud Stadium, and the Brian Lara Cricket Stadium in Trinidad. He is responsible for business planning, strategic initiatives, and project pursuit, set-up, and oversight of sports related projects across North America. Gary has a bachelor of science degree in construction engineering and a minor in architecture from Texas Tech University. ​
