As regional vice president, Jeff assists in leading PCL’s US building operations in Denver and Orlando, as well as PCL’s Water Infrastructure Group and Transportation Infrastructure Group. Jeff joined the PCL family in 1990 and has held various positions in project engineering, project management, and operations management. He was vice president and district manager of PCL Orlando and Nordic PCL Construction, Inc.’s operations on the Hawaiian Islands, and most recently served as vice president, US Buildings Operations. Jeff holds a bachelor of science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming and has served as a board member for the United Way, Edgewood Children’s Ranch, and Associated Builders and Contractors. He is currently a board member for the American Cancer Society.
