Mike Stephens, MBA has a strong background in customer support and technical consulting. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Support at PCLaw | Time Matters since June 2019. Prior to that, Mike worked at LexisNexis for almost two decades, where they held various roles including Manager of Customer Support, Sr. Customer Systems Engineer, and Sr. Technical Consultant/Support Representative.
Mike Stephens, MBA began their education in 2001 at Miami-Jacobs Career College, where they pursued a Network Engineering Program. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution. In 2011, they went on to earn an Associate's degree in Information Technology Networking from the University of Phoenix.
